I’ve only been taking the D3 K2 and I’m feeling great at 79 years old. I have been taking over the counter D3 but never saw any benefit like I do with REAL GOOD soft gels. I trust this company and look forward to trying the Magnesium next order too.

I haven't been taking them long enough to know if there is any benefits yet but after I finish this bottle I am getting bloodwork done and that may give me some idea. I have noticed that I haven't really had a lot of low blood sugar feelings so maybe it is working to stabilize it.
