We are so confident in our customer support, our products and our business that we are willing to make it right, NO MATTER WHAT!
If you aren't happy, all you have to do is request a refund by sending us an email with your order number.
That's it. Anytime, anywhere, for any reason. EVER.
To Start a Return
You can contact us at hello@realgoodessentials.com and follow the steps applicable to your order. To speed up the process of locating your order, please include your order number along with your email.
Please note, there may be times when we do not require you to send the item back; we will simply refund your card and let you keep it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, digital items or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
However, we will make it right, so we encourage you to reach out to us :)
Essentials+
In terms of refunds, due to the nature of the membership offer, we can only issue store credit. Now, if you accidentally opted into the program, no worries, just let us know, and we will cancel and refund you for up to 3 billing cycles.
Our goal is to always make it right. We are not here to force you into anything you don't want, so we encourage you to reach out to us :)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
